Brian

Brian was born in San Diego and grew up doing pretty much anything that involved playing outside. He spent most of his formative years in Poway, “The City in the Country.” It’s only fitting that after graduating from PLNU with a degree in Philosophy he moved with his wife Jordan out to the real country: Tyler, Texas, where he learned the value of slowing down and creating a rhythm for life. A combination of feeling claustrophobic away from the ocean, the prospect of beginning graduate school, and a desire for community brought them back home to San Diego. He now spends his time surfing, ministering at Renew, and working toward his goal of studying natural medicine.
